CUSTOMER RESOURCES
Prepare for working together.
Preparation and resources for working with HILLBRAND. This is a public guide; customer records and private tools are not hosted here.
Before your workflow review
- Choose one recurring piece of work, from its trigger to its final outcome.
- List the tools and people involved. Note where information is copied, delayed or checked.
- Bring a redacted example and an exception that makes the task difficult. Keep originals in your own system.
- Choose a measure you can observe: handling time, follow-up rounds or missed details.
When a project begins
Use the scope and contact arrangements agreed directly with Matt. Confirm who approves work, which systems are included, how access is granted and how to continue if something fails. Do not send account passwords through an enquiry form.
Need help with an existing project?
Use the contact route in your existing project correspondence or agreement. Include the system involved, what you expected, what happened and when. Remove personal information from screenshots and never include passwords.
For a past purchase, use the original order or message thread and include your reference. The website’s change of direction does not replace your existing agreement or order records.
