EXPERIENCE & EVIDENCE
From enquiry to a clearer brief.
Matt describes organising commercial enquiries so the next person has the details needed to make a decision. The homepage illustration applies that approach to a fictional example.
The experience behind it
In his own record of implementation work, Matt describes gathering customer requirements, specifications, dimensions, materials, budget, urgency and access constraints into structured enquiries.
The practical contribution was to organise scattered information for the next decision. This is Matt’s account of his work; it has not been independently verified and contains no measured sales or time-saving result.
What the illustration shows
Starting point: a fictional maintenance enquiry arrives without enough detail to prepare a useful quote.
Intervention: capture what is known, flag missing site details, scope and timing, then prepare the brief for human review.
Result to test: handling time, follow-up rounds and missed information compared with the existing process. The example performs no live AI processing and sends nothing.
Limits of the evidence
This shows an approach to structuring work. Matt also directs internal AI-assisted systems work and checks the output against the task. No specialist qualification, independently verified customer outcome or commercial result is claimed here.

Bring one recurring task and the part that takes too much effort. A workflow review starts by understanding the current process and deciding what is worth testing.
